WHY DO I NEED A COACH?

Many beginner runners do not realize the benefits a private coach can have on performance. Personalized training is no longer reserved for the elite, it is valuable to athletes of all levels.


As your coach, I will help you push through the hard days and guide you through the easier ones.  Your workouts will be planned to the very last detail; pacing, drills, stretches, toning exercises and more. All you have to do is follow!


My detailed and personalized plans will help you train smarter.  Together we will meet your goals, whether it be to run a marathon in record time, finish a 5k, or simply to get in shape.


Together, with my professional knowledge of the sport and your objectives in mind we will customize your plan to encompass your background and your prior experiences. This plan, tailor made for you and based on your capabilities, your goals, and your schedule, will help you explore the beauty of running.

ONLINE TRAINING PLANS

PLAN A

  • Unlimited contact via email/text during the week
  • Training plan addressing your goals and objectives emailed to you on Sunday evening each week
  • Ability to amend the plan at any time
  • Gait analysis. If in Bergen County, I will video you. If not, you can email me your video.
  • Participate in group workouts in Bergen County, NJ.

PLAN B

  • Contact via email 2x per week.
  • Training plan addressing your goals and objectives emailed to you on Sunday evening each week
  • Ability to amend the plan at any time
  • Participate in group workouts in Bergen County, NJ.

PRIVATE COACHING

Private session are available in Bergen County, NJ.  Dominique will analyze your gait, stride, breathing.  She will review your stretch and core routines and provide recommendations on nutrition and hydration.  Athletes who opt for Coaching Plan B would benefit by coupling their training with a private coaching session every 2 to 3 months.


$75 per 60 minute session in addition to any monthly training plan 

ALL ATHLETES WILL RECEIVE

  • Initial evaluation: review of your history, your goals, training log, modification and fine tuning of your training schedule as needed.
  • Training Plan : receive weekly customized training schedule with detailed workout description and instructions
  • Access to coach: via email / text
  • Running specific stretching and strength training tips: to help you develop more efficient technique and prevent injury
  • Training and race recovery guidelines: injury advice and modification structure; race preparation, motivation and sport psychology tips
